Abstract: The case is about how a public university handles the changes in teaching and learning during Covid19 pandemic. With the challenges that the university has to face, the limited facilities, the number of faculties and students that it has to manage, the university is considered to be successful in managing the required changes that are acceptable to all its stakeholders. Hence, the case is more of a best practice case in handling changes during a pandemic, illustrating the application of management accounting theories such as Lewin’s Three Stage model and the Force Field Analysis
