Abstract: This case is about a young graduated millennial, Rabiha Roslee, who ventured into the online business using Instagram as the platform to promote her cakes, floral arrangements and table decorations. She was the founder of ‘The Siblings Kitchen’, the home-based micro-business. After a year of operation, she has successfully generated business profits, and able to maintain and attract more customers to buy her products. She also managed to sustain during the enforcement of Movement Control Order (MCO) due to Covid-19 pandemic. Her business grew smoothly and she has planned to open a studio bakery with staff to assist her to accommodate for bigger demands.
