Abstract: Dr Aishah is a founder of Dr Aishah Solution Sdn Bhd. (DASTO). She wanted to make a significant contribution in formulating halal healthy food to provide solutions especially related with obesity to help all walks of life. With vast experience in the field of Medicine and healthy eating, Dr. Aishah and her husband Dr. Fisol have formulated various halal product innovations in producing nutritious halal food. It is the result of huge efforts through a variety of laboratory tests and research in producing creative, premium products are also of high quality. All of DASTO products have received recognition abroad as halal and high-quality products. DASTO products have penetrated foreign halal market such as Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Despite the success, DASTO has faced various challenges to remain competitive, especially in overseas markets. Some of the challenges include economic instability, resistance to change, high costs and competition. These challenges have stimulated her innovative instincts to work smart on producing premium, creative, innovative, halal and safe healthy foods to enhance DASTO performance and to be competitive in the marketplaces.
