Abstract: This case has been prepared to understand the distribution mechanism of a company operating business under Nestle Malaysia by embarking its growth and its sustainability. In this case, the user needs to learn to identify the success factor in maintaining the business in order to attain up to the current acheivement This case might not reflect the distribution prespective of a distribution business for all Nestle’s distributors in Malaysia, but it is more towards understanding how the development of business culture, particularly in the Human Resource Management (HRM) function adapted by Syarikat Abdul Rahman Pandak Ismail Sdn Bhd (SARPISB). The teaching design was designed in open-ended perspectives of HRM function, that is the Performance Management, where users can adapt the ideal theory that fits their expertise. The findings from the discussion will help the user to propose an ideal understanding of total entreprenuership style that can serve as a dividing line between successful and unsuccessful business. This case study is suitable to be adapted within the capabilities of the instructors in related subjects such as Employee Performance Management and Human Resource Management
