Abstract: Malaysia School of Business (MSOB) is one of the leading graduate business schools in Malaysia. It focuses on professional and multidisciplinary postgraduate business education, offering various postgraduate programs, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and Doctor of Management (D. Management). Their programs have attracted corporate figures, senior officials, and high-ranking individuals in society. Therefore, MSOB has a vital role in maintaining its professional management standard. This also includes MSOB's commitment to undertaking environmental and sustainability practices (also known as green practices) to comply with the environmental management standard and showcase their high awareness of ecological concerns. In addition, compliance with these standards has gained them a competitive advantage that would help them gain a better ranking in management performance. However, changing from traditional practices and putting more effort into environmental and sustainability practices tested MSOB. This has also indirectly impacted their stakeholders, including their primary and secondary stakeholders, due to indifferent aims and objectives. Conclusively, the responsibility to implement environmental and sustainability practices had become a significant challenge for the MSOB family. This case study will allow the students to evaluate the current environmental and sustainability practices. In addition, it gives the student a chance to examine the extent of MSOB’s policy and its compliance with the environmental management systems standard, especially in managing their business operation. Students are also expected to discuss the significant challenges that confront businesses regarding environmental and sustainability practices
