| Abstract: | The case is about an insurance company or a takaful operator (First Takaful Berhad) evaluating the investigation report prepared by its loss adjuster (Agilent Adjuster Sdn Bhd) on an industrial all-risks insurance claim in order to make decisions about claim settlement. The insurance claim arose when the generator set (equipment insured) owned by the policyholder (Quality Machinery Sdn Bhd) that had been leased to its customer (AAA TelCom Sdn Bhd) being a telecommunication company was being stolen from the customer’s telecommunication site in Seremban. |
