Abstract: This case study was about a successful female fashion icon, Belle Al-Yahya from Bella Ammara Sdn. Bhd. Belle is not just into design and fashion, she has certainly positioned herself as a role model for women across the nation who are pursuing leadership roles in entrepreneurship. As a fashion icon and also a lady boss, she was highly admired by her fans, followers and her subordinates, thanks to her ability to communicate respectfully, in a way that people could relate to, and understand. Some even say that she is more than a designer, she is an architect of fashion, who started the business from RM1,000 capital with her husband and today known as a successful entrepreneur in Malaysia. Bella Ammara Sdn. Bhd was the leading shopping destination for modern Muslimah fashion in Malaysia. This case study covers the initial years of her career, some challenges of being the woman entrepreneur and how she went on to become one of the influential entrepreneur in the country with her leadership skills.
