The uniqueness of this restaurant was premium quality Bangladeshi flavoured cuisines which were not only admired by the local people but also many foreigners from different countries. The growth of restaurant was profitable and the return on investment was able to generate profit on its expenses to prepare foods. The restaurant was just around 8 miles away from the Northern University of Malaysia, Sintok campus and situated in highly populated residential area in Changlun. So, it was easy to penetrate for local, migrated and international communities. From the survey, it could be said that foreigners contributed around 20% of the restaurant’s profit. One of the most significant success factors was the location in the restaurant business. The owner of the restaurant would get the idea from his old business which was on the road side food stall in Paya Terubong, Penang.
