Specializing in emerging markets, the center aims to increase digital access and usage of its case studies globally, benefiting both local and international educators.

CDR is intended for communities of academics and training consultants - to make use of the teaching cases to teach certain concepts or theories, not through theoretical perspective but more on applications based on real-life practices. At the same time, use of teaching cases enables users to put themselves in the shoes of the case protagonist, and try to make decision and/or solve the real problems faced by the case protagonist in the teaching case. Apart from academics, cases offered by CDR will also benefit those trainers/consultants conducting short training courses on motivations and human capital/managerial developments.
