dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted for the purpose of exposing students to a variety of approaches and strategies in managing a project focusing on the construction industry. This case was written to give a first-hand information of project management what are the constraints involved in introducing this kind of strategies and approaches. The content of this case can be used in courses related to Project Management. It gives the student a chance to have an inside look through the explanations and descriptions provided by the founder of the company. The students will also be able to understand the project management success factors of National Palace project and what were the challenges faced during the development of the project.en_US
