| Abstract: | Epic Valley has gone through various challenges in pursuing its business since its establishment in 1997. The ability of its founder, Tan Sri Dato' Paduka Dr. Fng Ah Seng to match the pace of changes in the business environment to achieve business sustainability is something that can be proud of. At this stage, it is believed that Tan Sri Dato' Paduka Dr. Fng Ah Seng’s strategic planning plays a vital role in his success. Hence, it is imperative to highlight how the business strategy is designed, what are the strategies undertaken by the business, and how it can be applied to create competitive advantages for business sustainability. |
