dc.description.abstractThis case has been prepared to test the user’s knowledge on how to recognize and reflect psychological issues on selected protagonist after making a critical decision specifically, managing operational sustainability in a dire situation. In this case, the user needs to learn to identify what caused a protagonist to experience stress and how it can influence bodily function if stress cannot be resolved. This case might not reflect a generic situation of SMEs operation in Malaysia. The teaching design was designed in open-ended perspectives where users can adapt the ideal theory that fits their expertise. The findings from the discussion will help the user to propose an ideal stress-management strategy that suits the protagonist consideration to improve his wellbeing. This case study is suitable to be adapted within the capabilities of the instructors in related subjects such as Human Resource Management, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Psychology et cetera.en_US
