dc.description.abstractThe issue revolves on the effort to increase team motivation and focus towards successful performance and job satisfaction faced by the protagonist, Hazim, the Chief Executive Officer of Saudagar Global Resources Sdn. Bhd. The protagonist has to play a leadership role in influencing and motivating his team to face everyday challenges. The challenge is even greater since his agents are all scattered around the country. Mr. Hazim has to improve his communication skills, utilize the power of social media and to use proper leadership strategies in order to influence his followers towards creating collaborative environment and positive changes.en_US
