The case study is about Noor Aziah, an agent of Olive House products. She was not happy with her landlord who kept increasing the rental rate of a pushcart kiosk she rented. She decided to move out from the place and conducted her business in a shoplot which had more convenient shopping space. She had seen two advertisements of shoplots, one for sale and another one was for rent. Thus, she was in a dilemma whether to buy or rent the shoplot.en_US
